Reservations

Reservation/Damage Deposits:  A $100.00 reservation deposit is required to secure dates requested.  This can be cash, check, or credit card over the phone or through pay pal.and this amount is applied toward the final balance.  

Damage Deposit

Also required is a $375.00 damage/cleaning deposit, which will be taken care of by keeping a valid credit card on file.  Your card will not be charged unless there is an issue.  

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed by phone or email. The lessee will forfeit the reservation deposit if the rental contract is canceled within 14 days of departure.

Pick Up Process

Pick up time is flexible and will be mutually agreed upon by both parties the week of the rental.  Please allow 1 hour for pick up procedures.      

Rental Charges:  Rental fee's are due in full at the time of departure by cash, check, or credit card.     

Drivers:  Drivers must be at least 25 years of age.  All drivers must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be present at the time of pick up.       

Insurance:    You will need to provide insurance information prior to the rental.  Camper rentals require proof of insurance on the tow vehicle AND the rented trailer.   This will include liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. You may need to ask your insurance company for a rider.   Service to the camper or replacement of parts or accessories during rental must have prior approval.  

Rental insurance: available for $8 per day.  This includes replacement cost of the rented vehicle minus a $500 deductible.     

Liability:  Lessee agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property by lessee or lessee’s guests, including, but not limited to, damage to camper in any way or damage to any appliances and/or equipment furnished.  If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, lessee agrees to reimburse owner for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.     

Hold Harmless:  Lessor does not assume liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property.  Neither do they accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, or electricity.  Nor will the camper owner accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.     

Towing Requirements

Towing vehicle must be equipped with a frame mounted hitch (class 2) and a 2” hitch ball. All vehicles must be pre-wired and/or inspected to match our trailer wiring before pick up. All units are equiped with a 7 pin male electric connection.  We do have a limited number of conversin kits for 4 pin.

Camper Return

Camper Return Time:  Drop off time is flexible and rental company need no be present.  However you must return the unit as agreed upon.  If an issues arises contact rental company ASAP.      

Late Return: If the camper is returned after closing hours, you remain responsible for the safety of and any damage to the vehicle until it is inspected.     

Clean Up Fee:  All units are expected to be fully cleaned, when returned, if they are not, a minimum fee of $75.00 will be applied.     

Early Returns:  There is no refund for early returns.
